Chaudry Nawab Ali khari

Founder & Chairman

Founding member and first chairman of the company, Mr Khari set a benchmark that his contemporaries and followers still find hard to follow. He was an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan as well as one of the earliest member of the Tax Bar Association. Throughout his career, he gathered extensive knowledge of different fields of law, and out them to practical use through his practice. He was an expert in contract act, tax regulations, corporate and business matters. He gave a sound foundation and solid principles to the company that helped achieve its current prestige, and carved its future pathway.

Mrs. Samia Saleem Khari ​

With twenty years of professional experience, Ms. Samia Saleem is the current chairman of Khari & Company. An advocate of the High Court since 2011, she worked as an advocate of the subordinate courts for two years before that. Ms Khari completed her MA Political Science from Punjab University in 2009, after which she completed LLB in 2009 from the same prestigious institute and enrolled in the Punjab Bar. She is also a member of the Lahore Tax Bar since 2014. Ms Khari has more than 3000 clients and has appeared in courts on behalf of more the 600 clients. Her areas of practice include tax law, family law, criminal, banking and civil practice among other fields. In addition to that, Ms Samia is known to be a champion of humanitarian cause, especially for women, working with the biggest organizations, nationally and internationally.

She has the privilege to have worked with global movements like Amnesty international, International Inner Wheel Club, Sundas Foundation and many more foundations, which have acquired the global status of being promoters of social welfare. She gives the utmost importance to cases which include women, fighting for their rights alongside her clients and giving them pro bono legal aid. Working tirelessly for the protection and development of women’s status, Ms Samia is at the helm of legal prowess for women in Pakistan. Ms. Khari is carrying forward the legacy of Mr Khari (late), with a focus and determination, striving to amalgamate the humanitarian aspect with the professional demands of the field of law.

Ch. Muhammad Saleem Khari

A chartered accountant, and senior corporate lawyer, and financial management consultant, Mr Khari has had a professional experience of more than 25 years. His experience encompasses a number of fields including banking, taxation, corporate law, immigration and citizenship laws, and commercial arbitration. He has dealt with thousands of cases before almost all legal forums. As an advocate of High Court, member of Punjab Bar Council, Lahore Bar Association, Lahore Tax Bar Association and member of Professional Accounting Bodies, he holds a prestigious position in the lawyers’ fraternity. With more than 3500 clients, he has provided litigation services in more than 1000 cases. His professional experience includes real estate and immigration matters as well as consultancy, litigation and legislation.

Badar-uz-Zaman

Advocate High COurt

A lawyer and a pedagogy professional, Mr Badar has a diversified experience in the field of law, spanning over 60 years. He has served in the capacity of a legal advisor to a number of local and international financial institutions. On the professional side, he is handling a varied portfolio of corporate and civil litigation, regularly consulting and handling litigation in superior courts; on the academic side, he is Principal at Shah Abdul Latif University Constituent Law College, Sindh and a visiting faculty at ZA Bhutto School of Law at the same institution. He is also a member of the Board of Governors and the Board of Studies at Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur.

Mian Azhar Haseeb​

Mr Haseeb holds a degree in law (LLB) from University of the Punjab where he was awarded University Gold Medal in recognition of his academic excellence. He is an advocate of High Courts, primarily based in Lahore, however, he practices in High Courts of Pakistan including Islamabad High Court. He is a Life Member of Lahore High Court Bar Association, Lahore Tax Bar Association, and Lahore Bar Association. Mr Haseeb holds the distinction of practicing in assorted fields of law including Civil, Criminal, Taxation, Corporate, Banking, Tribunals, NAB, FIA, White-collar Crimes, Commercial and Constitutional matters. Over several years of legal practice, Mr Haseeb has acquired notable experience of advisory, consultancy, litigation and legislation. He has represented clients in various landmark cases and has reported judgments in his name. Mr Haseeb also represents clients in pro bono cases and public interest litigation.

Muhammad Waseem Bader

With over six years of experience in the field of law, Mr Bader completed his MA Economics in the year 2006, and joined the legal fraternity in the year 2007. During this time period he has had the opportunity to work with eminent lawyers of the country. He has over sixteen years of experience in the field of commercial law, civil laws, corporate laws, banking laws, constitutional law, arbitration and international laws, in Pakistan and internationally as well. His expertise in financial matters enables him to facilitate the clients in the required domains.

With an MBA in Finance and Accounting, Mr Ahmad is an expert in dealing with matters related to banking, finance and corporate dealings. He is also apt at dealing with matters related to immigration law and civil matters. His expertise in the corporate business matters is profound and he is able to guide and advise clients over matters relating legality of the business and forecasted expansion plans. Through consultation, he has provided multiple corporate entities with legal advice and expansion forecasts.

With a professional experience spanning four decades, Mr Abdul Hameed Khari is a former senior banker. With vast knowledge in banking laws, taxation and corporate law, he is an expert in the field and has had close and long-term linkages with several clients in the field. He has gained the trust of his clients with his dealings over the years and brings a certain prestige and depth to the company with his personal and professional perceptions in the field.

With over fifteen years of experience, Mr Ahmad is an engineering and operations management professional. He has worked in the upstream oil and gas industry across different areas. His professional expertise is in the areas of business transformation, project management and business consultations, which is amplified by his experience abroad where he worked with multiple clients and organizations.

A graduate of Western Sydney University, Mr Rehman is a finance and business analyst who works with different organizations to synchronize and improve their corporate processes and systems. He is an expert in conducting research and analysis, and through it, he helps businesses streamline their operations and run their businesses with efficacy, and in line with the prescribed legal framework.
